Here are a few things to know about taking the shuttle:

Secured Parking with Shuttle Service: Courtesy for all Penthouse Customers

1. Shuttles are by reservation only, even for Penthouse customers

2. Shuttle reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to your pet's stay

3. To make the shuttle process as easy as possible, submit your itinerary

   • By email to diamanagement@clubpetresorts.com OR

   • By fax to 720-324-5802

4. Last minute shuttles may be available from 6AM - 10PM depending on availability

5. Call us to pick you up when you get your luggage. When you call, we will tell you where to meet the shuttle. It takes us about 20 minutes for us to drive the shuttle to the airport.
